MM Building Services Ltd completed this bathroom renovation in Pollards Hill, transforming an outdated interior into a bright, modern shower room with practical storage and a coordinated finish.
The project involved stripping back the existing room, preparing the walls and floor, and installing new fittings. Marble-effect wall tiles, light floor tiles and fitted cabinetry create a fresh, welcoming space, complemented by chrome fixtures and a warm wood-effect worktop.
With the old fittings removed and the floor opened up, we carried out the preparation and pipework needed for the new installation. The walls were boarded and prepared, while the floor was fitted with a membrane ahead of tiling.

Full-height marble-effect tiling gives the room a clean, elegant appearance, while the light flooring helps the compact space feel open and bright. Fitted cupboards and drawers beneath the window provide useful storage, keeping everyday essentials neatly organised.
The basin sits alongside a wood-effect worktop, adding warmth to the neutral colour scheme. Chrome shower fittings, a heated towel rail and recessed ceiling lights complete the room.
